Job Duties
- Engineer, onboard, and deploy new MSP client environments
- Provide advanced escalation support to Help Desk Technicians and Systems Administrators
- Conduct advanced network and systems troubleshooting
- Implement tools, documentation standards, and processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to identify and implement process improvements

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in an MSP environment or equivalent IT infrastructure role
- 10+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Senior-level experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting: Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft 365, VMware vSphere, Veeam Group Policy, Enterprise servers and SAN infrastructure
- Advanced experience with Fortinet solutions, including: FortiGate Firewalls, Fortinet switches, Fortinet wireless access points, Fortinet security products
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Azure, AWS, and cloud technologies
- Ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following areas: Networking, VMware vSphere, Current Windows Server platforms, PowerShell, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
Pay
Compensation: $100k - $140k per year
