Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across multiple cross-functional Agile teams
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee system design, integration, and implementation efforts
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and leadership to ensure alignment with business and technical objectives
• Interface directly with challenging or high-demand customers, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation strategies
• Maintain organized documentation, system artifacts, and reporting structures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and Agile processes

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and twenty (20) years' experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Twenty-five (25) years' SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Willingness to learn and develop strong understanding of new technologies and products
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation including project schedules
• Experience with requirements management to include working with customers to capture clear definition of done
