Senior System Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a System Design Engineer in the System Product Team. In this role, you will work with peer system design engineers to develop NVIDIA GPU/Tegra-based products for GPU cards, MGX servers, automotive, robotics, industrial PC, consumer electronics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Review board designs and collaborate with other design engineers on product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance product cost, performance, and schedule under the guidance of system and product architects.
• Participate in the documentation required to release the product to manufacturers and partners.
• Optimize and invent circuits and functions for better performance and lower cost.
• Improve the design flow together with the infrastructure team.

Requirements

• B.S or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven board design experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including past experience in PCB design and review.
• Experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Comfortable working in various Linux environments as well as with Windows OS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $168,000–$258,750 USD for Level 4 and $200,000–$322,000 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
