Position Title: Senior M365 Platform Engineering Consultant Location: Philadelphia, PA Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $53.50 per hour Position Description Join a dynamic public sector organization in Philadelphia as a Senior Systems Consultant specializing in Microsoft 365 Platform Engineering. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, modernization support, and comprehensive training for the City’s Microsoft 365 environment. Your expertise will help drive platform adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Power Apps, and Purview. This onsite position offers an exciting opportunity to influence city-wide digital transformation efforts with a collaborative and innovative team. Top Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams (Voice and Rooms), and ExchangeAt least 5 years scripting in PowerShell, with proven code review and repository management skills3+ years leading technical consultations with diverse client groups, including non-technical stakeholders3+ years delivering and facilitating technical training on M365 platformsStrong understanding of platform modernization, change management, and Evergreen updatesProven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for varied audiencesExperience working directly with government or large enterprise environments highly preferredAbility to perform in-depth assessments, recommend innovative solutions, and support adoptions initiatives About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
