Senior Symphony GOLD Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions. Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions). Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies. Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics).

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions
• Design and manage integrations across ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)
• Support and integrate with Master Data Management (MDM) systems for items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies
• Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics)

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions
• Master Data Management (MDM) experience
• Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) and Enterprise Management Systems (EMS) experience in Supply Chain Management
• Retail merchandising and supply chain process expertise, including:
  • Order management, replenishment, and allocation
  • Pricing and promotion management
  • Inventory lifecycle and forecasting
• Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools
• Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing)
• Proficiency in programming languages and SQL
• Strong knowledge of data models, master data, and retail hierarchies
• Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures
• Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
