Senior Surgical Technician - Surgery

Seeking a Senior Surgical Technician with expertise in surgical settings under licensed practitioner delegation. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining and editing specialty preference cards, and coordinating supplies and equipment for designated specialties.Assisting physicians with product trials and participating in the Specialty Item Value Analysis team.Precepting new graduates and new hires, and acting as a peer leader aligned with organizational values. Qualifications Required Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program or comparable training.Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire.American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.At least 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist. Skills And Attributes Strong clinical expertise in surgical procedures and equipment management.Leadership skills for mentoring and precepting new staff.Commitment to organizational values and patient-centered care.
