Senior Surgical Technician - Surgery

We are seeking a Senior Surgical Technician to perform tasks in the surgical setting under a licensed health practitioner's delegation. Responsibilities include maintaining specialty preference cards, coordinating supplies and equipment, creating product request forms, assisting physicians with product trials, and participating in the (SIVAT) Specialty Item Value Analysis team. The role also involves precepting new graduates and new hires, acting as a leader among peers, and aligning with organizational core values. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program or comparable training, Washington Surgical Technologist Registration, American Heart Association BLS certification, and at least 3 years of surgical technologist experience. Skills and attributes required are strong clinical knowledge, leadership, teamwork, organizational skills, and adherence to safety protocols. The role is on-site with a variable shift and offers a pay range of $34.49 to $53.55 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials and bonuses.
