Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in surety management or related field
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management
- Strong understanding of insurance and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of surety bonds and insurance policies
- Experience with surety bond underwriting and claims processing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
