Senior Support Specialist - Fort Collins | Loveland | Greeley | Estes Park

Location: Fort Collins & surrounding Northern CO areas (Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley). Full-time, part-time, and flexible shifts available.

Pay

$20.00 - $23.00+ per hour, dependent on shift, location, and client care level. Higher rates for rural/travel shifts (e.g., Estes Park/Red Feather) and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & engagement: build meaningful relationships through conversation, hobbies, and supportive daily presence
• Personal care support: assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers
• Meal preparation & light housekeeping: prepare nutritious meals, assist with light chores, laundry, and keep the home clean and comfortable
• Medication reminders: help clients stay on track with daily care plans and health schedules
• Transportation & errands: accompany clients to appointments, grocery store trips, or community outings

Requirements

• Compassionate and reliable: punctual, clear communicator, and genuinely care about making a positive impact
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with active auto insurance (required for client transportation/rural visits)
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screen
• Prior caregiving or CNA/HHA experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with the right heart and dedication
