About the role
Provides technical support and troubleshooting for customer issues related to software and hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems using diagnostic tools and software.
- Document and communicate detailed problem reports and resolutions to customers and internal teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
