About the Opportunity

The Senior Supply Planner plays a critical role in ensuring product availability for the organization’s life safety product portfolio by developing and managing supply plans. This position supports operational efficiency by coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers, optimizing inventory, and mitigating supply risks. The role directly contributes to maintaining high service levels and reliable product delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability for customer demand in LATAM and Canada
• Develop supply plans aligned with demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory targets
• Coordinate with internal plants and external partners to secure materials
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and excess and obsolete risk
• Identify and mitigate supply risks and support sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP) with supply insights
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and drive improvements in planning processes
• Track key performance indicators including customer on-time delivery, service levels, inventory health, and supplier on-time delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supply planning experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: 5+ years supply planning experience
• Preferred: Experience managing diverse supply bases with high and low volume products
• Preferred: Experience managing multi-million dollar yearly spend
• Ability to work independently
• Preferred: Fluency in Spanish

Pay

• Base salary range: $87,095 to $102,465 per year
• Eligibility for annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance
• Final compensation depends on candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience
