Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong proficiency in data and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Excel).
• Experience using analytics and AI tools to generate insights.
• Deep understanding of inventory drivers (lead times, days of supply, replenishment cycles) and factory capacity planning.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
