About the role
The Supply Planner ensures product availability for the Edwards & Kidde Commercial UL portfolio by developing supply plans, coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers, and optimizing inventory to support high service levels for life safety products.
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability for LATAM and Canadian Customer Demand
- Build supply plans aligned to demand, capacity, lead times, and inventory targets
- Cook with internal plants and OVP partners to secure materials
- Manage inventory, safety stock, reorder points, E&O risk
- Identify and mitigate supply risks; support SIOP with supply insights
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service
- Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and drive planning process improvements
- Track key KPIs: COTD, service, inventory health, supplier OTD
- Deliverables: Customer On-Time Delivery Performance, Revenue Attainment Through Reliable Product Availability, Inventory Turns and Health Management Across Both Sites, New Product Development (NPD)
Requirements
- 3+ years supply planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- PREFERRED: 5+ years’ supply planning experience
- Experience managing a diverse supply base consisting of high and low volume products
- Experience managing multi-million yearly spend
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fluency in the Spanish language
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 3+ years supply planning experience, Bachelor’s degree
- PREFERRED Qualifications: 5+ years’ supply planning experience, Experience managing a diverse supply base consisting of high and low volume products, Experience managing multi-million yearly spend, Ability to work autonomously, Fluency in the Spanish language
