Senior Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Execute short ‑ and long ‑ term supply and inventory planning processes across the network, ensuring alignment with demand, financial targets, and service objectives.
• Develop and maintain supply plans that balance inventory, capacity, and cost across multiple sites and distribution points.
• Manage inventory replenishment strategies using DRP/MRP methodologies to optimize service levels, working capital, and inventory turns.
• Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, and Finance to analyze forecast performance, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
• Maintain and apply inventory planning assumptions, including safety stock and service levels, to drive consistent decision-making.
• Prepare insights, scenario analyses, and recommendations to support S&OP and Supply Review processes.
• Monitor and analyze planning KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities to improve service, cost, and inventory performance.
• Maintain system parameters and planning data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of planning outputs.
• Serve as a planning resource and trusted partner across supply chain and business teams.
• Provide guidance and coaching to others within the job area.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including inventory management, forecasting, or production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or planning tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
