About the role

UVeye is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally focused Senior Supply and Material Planner to lead global inventory optimization, resource and production plans, and product returns across our installation and service operations. This role is responsible for production plans and procurement requirements throughout our contract manufacturing network, maintaining accurate inventory within NetSuite ERP, managing the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, and partnering with procurement to ensure appropriate inventory levels are supported for service and installation teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning cadence: Lead the Weekly S&OE Meeting and Monthly S&OP Meeting, presenting supply plans and network-wide inventory positions to Supply Chain and Operations leadership.
  • Shape long-term strategy: Make data-driven recommendations through the S&OP process that determine production and inventory requirements months in advance.
  • Own the master plan: Build and maintain a 13-week rolling plan across contract manufacturing plants, plus a monthly outlook through month 12.
  • Plan for capacity: Develop a constrained rough-cut capacity plan spanning the full 12-month S&OP horizon.
  • Influence key decisions: Model multiple scenarios and present clear tradeoffs between service level, inventory, and cost to leadership using your planning toolkit.
  • Keep data pristine: Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in NetSuite ERP.
  • Balance the network: Monitor and manage inventory across service, installation, and spare parts operations.
  • Set the guardrails: Develop and maintain Min/Max inventory parameters in partnership with procurement.
  • Manage external partners: Coordinate with 3PL partners to oversee inventory stored in external warehouses.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in supply planning, material/inventory management, RMA operations, or broader supply chain roles.
  • 5+ years working in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control practices (ABC/XYZ analysis, cycle counting) and replenishment methods (Reorder Point, Min/Max, JIT, demand forecasting).
  • Proven project management skills — process mapping, systems rollouts, data analysis.
  • Experience partnering with contract manufacturers and 3PL providers.
  • Track record managing global inventory across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and prioritization abilities.

Nice to have

  • Background in hardware, manufacturing, or field service operations.
  • Experience integrating ERP and WMS systems.
  • Experience with product returns, repairs, or refurbishment programs.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000.
