Senior Supply Management Analyst with Security Clearance

About the Role

Performs senior-level warehouse, sourcing, requisition, transportation, inventory, and in-transit visibility activities to support MSC material availability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source material from commercial and federal sources and manage order submission, tracking, and expediting through MILSTRIP/DLMS processes.
• Coordinate shipping and transportation tracking for CONUS and OCONUS shipments using commercial carriers and the Defense Transportation System.
• Conduct or support shipboard inventories, storeroom layouts, and material on-load/off-load activities.
• Use warehouse inventory systems and in-transit visibility tools to maintain accurate records and provide timely status updates.
• Support inventory accuracy, customer service, material accountability, and warehouse operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience providing warehouse support services to MSC, DoD, the U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial ship operating companies.
• 6 years of experience in material identification and sourcing from commercial or federal sources.
• 6 years of experience in material order submission, tracking, and expediting using DoD/Navy MILSTRIP or DLA DLMS requisition transactions.
• 6 years of experience in material shipping, monitoring, tracing, and tracking using commercial sources and the Defense Transportation System for CONUS and OCONUS delivery.
• 6 years of experience conducting shipboard inventories, developing storeroom mock-ups/layouts, and supporting material on-loads/off-loads.
• 6 years of experience using DoD, Merchant Marine, U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial warehouse inventory systems.
• 6 years of experience using DoD, Merchant Marine, U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial in-transit visibility tools.
• Current forklift operator certificate and license.
