Who We Are

Finance BackOffice Team is a part of Finance Operations Unit. BOFF supports the Vendor Master File of Agoda by screening, controlling, evaluating, and providing support to ensure compliance with Finance and Company policy; mitigating risk; and promoting the financial health of Agoda. BOFF oversees vendor Agoda registration and evaluation processing, fraudulent reporting, internal/external audits, and organizational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Increase operational efficiency within the Business Development department.
• Recruit, develop, manage, retain, and lead staff to ensure adherence to all targets and KPIs.
• Support and optimize Agoda business development tools.
• Ensure good and proactive teamwork with subordinates, colleagues, and superiors.
• Share and seek out best practices and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business Administration.
• At least 4 years of work experience in audit, finance, or consulting positions.
• Audit background is preferable.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn new things and take on more challenging tasks.
