  • Lead network capacity modeling and optimization across North American SSD facilities, managing multiple delivery streams including SSD, Grocery, Pharmacy, and Hazmat
  • Drive weekly operational decisions, strategic planning, and high-visibility events such as Prime Day and Peak seasons
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Design teams to optimize network performance and implement productivity improvements toward 2025 volume targets
  • Make data-driven decisions, develop automated capacity planning systems, and create scalable processes

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, VBA, data links)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL (compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification)
