Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Our client operates within the supply chain and procurement sector, focusing on material and service purchasing, direct and indirect sourcing, and corporate partner agreements. The organization addresses challenges related to cost optimization, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and corporate partners.

About the Role

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports procurement and subcontract management activities by driving value, improving supply chain performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing strategic procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements across various service areas.
• Optimize costs, service levels, and contract compliance through partner agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for contracts and service-level commitments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal to support purchasing and contract activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet material and service requirements.
• Participate in initiatives that improve procurement efficiency and transparency.
• Maintain procurement dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership.
• Evaluate vendor utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
• Support annual budget cycles through cost tracking and forecasting.
• Utilize generative AI and automation tools for data analysis and workflow optimization.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, indirect sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Experience negotiating or administering indirect corporate agreements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement compliance, including government contracting and FAR/DFARS.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as Deltek, JAMIS, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Experience supporting audit activities.

Pay

Base salary range of $80,000–$100,000 per year.
