About the Role
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst supports procurement and subcontract management activities by driving value, improving supply chain performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing strategic procurement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage procurement agreements across various service areas.
- Optimize costs, service levels, and contract compliance through partner agreements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for contracts and service-level commitments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal to support purchasing and contract activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet material and service requirements.
- Participate in initiatives that improve procurement efficiency and transparency.
- Maintain procurement dashboards, metrics, and reports for leadership.
- Evaluate vendor utilization and recommend optimization strategies.
- Support annual budget cycles through cost tracking and forecasting.
- Utilize generative AI and automation tools for data analysis and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, indirect sourcing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Experience negotiating or administering indirect corporate agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of procurement compliance, including government contracting and FAR/DFARS.
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as Deltek, JAMIS, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Experience supporting audit activities.
Pay
Base salary range of $80,000–$100,000 per year.
