Senior Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary
Panelmatic is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, logistics, warehouse materials management, SIOP processes, and operational performance initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing supply chain KPIs, analyzing material flow, supporting production readiness, and enabling strategic decision-making through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Duties
Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Analyze material shortages, supplier performance, freight costs, warehouse performance, and operational efficiencies
Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational teams
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational optimization
Perform root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions, operational inefficiencies, and service gaps
Support SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes through data collection, reporting, and analysis
Collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain execution with demand and capacity plans
Prepare executive-level SIOP reporting, metrics, and action tracking
Analyze demand variability, supply constraints, and operational risks impacting production and customer delivery
Support capacity planning and scenario analysis activities
Support warehouse materials management by analyzing warehouse performance metrics, coordinating with teams, and implementing process improvements
Support procurement and supplier support by assisting with supplier performance tracking, spend analysis, and expediting activities
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to analyze and improve supply chain performance
Drive adoption of standardized business processes and operational discipline
Create scalable reporting and analytical tools to improve decision-making
Support training and change management initiatives related to new processes and systems
Monitor and track improvement initiatives to ensure measurable operational results
Participate in strategic projects related to warehouse optimization, logistics efficiency, supplier performance, and capacity planning
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/visualization tools preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Understanding of procurement, warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
Strong initiative with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing analytics, or continuous improvement roles
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Experience supporting SIOP/S&OE processes preferred
Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives preferred
Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Infor SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar platforms preferred
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Experience with operational KPI development and performance management
Familiarity with warehouse optimization and material flow improvement initiative
