About the role

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, partnering with business leaders, and using analytics to influence real-world outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Building analytical tools and frameworks that guide supply chain decisions at scale
• Conducting root cause analysis on operational issues
• Optimizing system parameters that power inventory flow
• Developing executive-level narratives on opportunities and plans for action

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (supply chain, operations, or retail experience preferred).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $78,000.00 - $101,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
