About the Role

As a key member of the Quality Team, the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer will manage product quality through the implementation of supplier/contract manufacturer evaluation procedures, use of risk management tools, and auditing of current and prospective vendors.

  • Maintain and implement quality system procedures for supplier evaluation.
  • Use risk management tools to identify and mitigate supplier risks.
  • Participate in the supplier selection and monitoring process.
  • Audit current or future suppliers to ensure their compliance to quality system requirements & material specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related scientific field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance.
  • Expertise in ISO 13485 and 21CFR compliant quality systems.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Significant experience and expertise with internal and external auditing.

Skills

  • Expertise applying statistical methods to quality assurance.
  • Ability to advise others on complex matters.
  • Knowledge of system integrations, workflow automation, and digital HR solutions.
