Senior Superintendent (Water/Wastewater)

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on large-scale water and wastewater construction projects.
• Manage superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct site meetings and coordinate activities with owners, engineers, and project management teams.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project productivity and schedule commitments.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with a strong focus on water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, or heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience serving as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on projects valued at $20M+
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, process piping, underground utilities, mechanical installations, and civil sitework.
• Ability to lead large field teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Strong scheduling, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to travel or relocate as needed.
