Senior Superintendent - Retail Construction

About the role

Oversee and manage retail construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Chicago and involves leading construction teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of retail construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to align on project goals and timelines.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Mentor and guide construction team members to achieve optimal performance.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000.
