Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
- Communicate project scope to Foremen
- Ensure completion of safety processes such as JSAs and inspections
- Attend client meetings
- Manage materials and tooling needs
- Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Review time and field reports
- Work closely with the Project Manager
- Develop Foremen and trade staff
- Contribute to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
- Experience with Heavy Civil projects
- Valid driver license for relevant vehicle types and acceptable driving record
- Able to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects
