• Manage commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Lead Superintendents on K12, Higher Education, or Municipal projects valued at $100mm+
• Supervise Superintendent-level personnel
• Proficient in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety, and Subcontractor Management

Requirements

Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor
• Background as a lead Superintendent on K12, Higher Education, or Municipal projects
• Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel
• Proficiency in Near-Term Scheduling, Safety, and Subcontractor Management
