Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide project teams effectively
• Coordinate with superintendents, project teams, and clients
• Ensure a safe working environment through enforcement of construction safety practices
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget using proven project management skills
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies
• Align project execution with business goals through strategic planning
• Coordinate and schedule comprehensive training programs for hourly and salaried employees
• Collaborate with business development teams on proposal development and project interviews
• Ensure timely scheduling and execution of all project meetings and planning phases
• Assist project superintendents with risk management and strategic project planning
• Monitor and ensure all safety protocols are implemented and maintained at job sites
• Facilitate effective communication of project schedules to subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage subcontract and vendor relationships to support smooth construction operations
