Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
- Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
- Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
- Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
- Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
- Ensure project execution goals are met.
- Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
- Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
- Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
- In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $1,000,000.
- Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred but not required.
