Senior Superintendent

About the role

We're partnering with a growing commercial general contractor looking to add a Senior Superintendent who's ready to take the next step into a field leadership role. You'll oversee field operations, support project teams, and serve as the link between Project Managers and Superintendents while staying actively involved on jobsites. This is a hands-on leadership position with a healthy mix of ground-up commercial construction and office, warehouse, and commercial upfit projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations across multiple commercial projects
• Support and mentor Superintendents
• Coordinate with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule
• Step in and run projects when needed
• Assist with project planning and startup
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements

• Ground-up commercial construction experience required
• Experience with office, warehouse, or commercial upfits preferred
• Senior Superintendent ready to grow into a larger leadership role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable using construction software, tablets, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of both field operations and preconstruction/project planning

Pay

$120,000-$135,000 base salary
Annual bonus + profit sharing
$400/month truck allowance
$100/week gas card
