About the role
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction project, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders
- Resolve issues and conflicts related to project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
