We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes a description (first paragraph) which could be "About the role". Then responsibilities list. Then there are many bullet points that seem like responsibilities, but also some could be requirements/qualifications/skills. We need to parse. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (none seen). We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills maybe combined? The posting includes many bullet points that are responsibilities but also some are knowledge/understanding (e.g., Understands MEP Systems, Understands Building Control...). Those could be qualifications/requirements. Also there is a section "Technology" listing proficiencies. Also "Team Leadership", "Physical Requirements", "Necessary Attributes". So we could have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (knowledge/understanding), Skills (technology proficiencies), Physical Requirements, Necessary Attributes (core values). Benefits, Pay, Schedule not present -> omit. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus output:

About the role

... intro paragraph ...

Responsibilities

  • ... each responsibility bullet ...
We need to extract responsibilities list from the text. The responsibilities section starts after "Responsibilities •". There's a long list of bullet points separated by •. We need to capture each bullet as
  • . Must preserve all. Let's copy the responsibilities bullets exactly as they appear after "Responsibilities •". The text: "Responsibilities • Responsible for understanding and implementing the Field Standard Operating Procedures as well as an understanding of all other departments' SOPs. • Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities. • Manage field personnel according to the Construction Management plan. • Provide feedback on performance for team members and mentor less experienced staff. • Communicate issues, events, performance, and progress on a regular basis to the Project Manager/GS. • Oversee & manage multiple superintendents on a single project. • Report any problems promptly to the Project Manager/GS to facilitate the most cost-effective solutions. • Establish effective working relationships with clients internally & externally. • Work with the General Superintendent, Project Executive, and/or Project Manager on matters pertaining to materials, sequencing, scheduling, and personnel. • Understands MEP Systems • Understands Building Control, Layout, Line, Grade • Understands Foundation Support, Geo-Tech, SOE, and Regulated Soils • Understands Building Plans/Specifications • Proficient Building Permit and CO Process Project Start-Up/Turnover Meeting • Identify pre-mobilization activities in conjunction with the General Superintendent, PX, and the Project Manager. • Develop the Construction Schedule with Project Manager and review with and obtain approval of the General Superintendent and PX. • Drive/Manage completion schedule process per SOP. We need to split into sections: Responsibilities (maybe everything up to "Opportunities for Learning"? Actually after responsibilities there are many subheadings like Safety, Scheduling, Quality Management, Sub-Contractor and Site Management, Meeting Management, Administrative Management, Opportunities for Learning, Technology, Team Leadership, Other, Physical Requirements, Necessary Attributes. All these are still responsibilities or requirements. But we can categorize: Responsibilities section could include all bullet points under the main responsibilities heading (including subheadings). However the instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these standard headings. We have: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet points). Could include all bullet points under the responsibilities heading and subheadings like Safety, Scheduling, etc. Those are duties. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: maybe separate: Requirements (knowledge/understanding like MEP Systems, Building Control, etc.), Qualifications (maybe education/experience not given), Skills (technology proficiencies, team leadership, etc.). But we have no explicit qualifications like degree, years experience. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we must only create sections when there is real specific content. We could have:

    Requirements

for knowledge/understanding and maybe physical requirements? Actually physical requirements is separate. Better: Use Requirements for knowledge/understanding (understands MEP Systems, Building Control, etc.) and also maybe "Understanding of Procore". Skills for technology proficiencies (MS Project, Procore, Excel, Bluebeam) and team leadership attributes? But team leadership could be part of Responsibilities? Hmm. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine Requirements and Skills into a single "Requirements" section that includes knowledge, technical skills, and physical requirements? But physical requirements is distinct. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including knowledge, technical skills, physical requirements, necessary attributes). That would be a few sections. But we must not create sections with filler. All content must be preserved. Thus:
