Perks Of Joining ColonialWebb Competitive salary of $120k-$170kCareer development and progression401(k) plan with company matchPTO and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral incentives A Day In The Life Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned trade/craft workers Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedulesStudy schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for successful project completionInterpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of installationReview and release ColonialWebb Shop Drawings and Spool Drawings for timely field installationInspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specificationsEnsure appropriate teammates are participating in safety reporting; audit 5 x 5s and pre-task plans for compliance; hold teammates accountable for these actionsMonitor and control manpower and tools to ensure efficient and effective use of resources and provide oversight of inventory activitiesSchedule material and equipment deliveries to maintain project scheduleProvide technical and management assistance as needed during day-to-day work activities What We Are Looking For Possess at least 10 years’ industry experience, including supervisory experiencePossess extensive experience in handling personnel issuesPossess excellent mechanical, administrative and analytical skillsPossess extensive knowledge of International Codes and general HVAC and plumbing systemsPossess OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulationsPossess or demonstrate ability to obtain Competent Person certificationAbility to read and understand project related documents in the English language Ability to handle day-to-day tasks relating to work assignments and asset management EOE M/W/Disability/Vets Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply
