Oversee high-voltage substation projects throughout their lifecycle, from design to execution.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support client proposals and technical presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in substation or power engineering.
• Active PE license in Texas.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with high-voltage systems and electrical design.
