Responsibilities
- Lead operational execution and deliverables for clinical trials
- Manage clinical trial team and operational activities
- Oversee vendor interactions and trial setup processes
- Facilitate planning and training for investigator meetings
- Track recruitment and enrollment metrics
- Ensure compliance with study budgets and operational plans
- Maintain quality control and readiness for inspections
Qualifications
- BS/BA/MS/PhD with 7+ years of clinical research experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven capability to meet aggressive timelines
- PREFERRED: Experience with MS Project
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in infectious disease or vaccines preferred
- Global experience required
