Senior Clinical Trial Manager (US)

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct clinical site management throughout the study lifecycle
• Oversee regional CTM activities and coordinate across CTM teams
• Develop global monitoring strategies for all study phases
• Contribute to project tracking systems including financial performance and resource allocation
• Collaborate with various departments to meet study requirements and objectives

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in biological, physical, or health studies, or equivalent experience; four years as a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or related role
• Two-year degree (nursing or life sciences preferred) with six years as a Senior CRA
• Minimum two years as a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) or equivalent, managing a CTM team
• Strong understanding of FDA/EU regulations and ICH Guidelines
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid passport and driving license

Pay

$112,000 – $222,000 annually
