Senior Structural Estimator

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs for construction projects, preparing detailed cost estimates, and managing project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction cost estimates for projects
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure accurate cost projections
• Stay updated with industry trends and pricing data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction estimating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
