About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed construction estimates for various projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine material quantities and labor requirements
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project budgets are met
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to provide accurate estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
