About the role
The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design and analysis of structural systems for various projects. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for new construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Prepare detailed design documents and specifications
- Perform structural analyses using advanced software tools
- Review and approve subcontractor’s work related to structural aspects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in relevant state(s)
- Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
