Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the design and analysis of complex structural systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. This role requires extensive experience in structural engineering and a strong understanding of materials science.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for new and existing buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
• Conduct detailed structural analyses using advanced software tools.
• Prepare and review construction documents, including plans and specifications.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in relevant state(s).
• Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
