Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Project Management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project risk management
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with sustainable design and construction techniques
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance
