Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure projects. Oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes that align with client needs and sustainability goals.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage project teams, including coordinating with other departments and external partners.
• Ensure all projects adhere to sustainability standards and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with sustainable design and construction practices.
• Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
