About the role
We have an immediate need for a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager to join our Transportation & Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City, OK.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key leader within the Bridge Practice in our Oklahoma City office.
- Manage bridge design and bridge rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects.
- Provide (and oversee) structural analysis, design, and inspection for bridges and related structures.
- Serve as Project Manager and/or Bridge Design Task Lead, as needed.
- Support business development by contributing to technical proposals and participating in client interviews.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentoring, and motivating junior staff.
- Partner with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to developing budgets, schedules, and delivery plans.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural/bridge design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain).
- Proven project management skills, including planning and coordinating work to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and teams.

Pay and Benefits
- Compensation Range: $140,810.99 - $160,926.84
