Senior Strategy Officer, Exemplars in Global Health

Responsibilities

• Lead iterative development and refinement of EGH’s program strategy to adapt to changing environments
• Develop rigorous initiative-level strategies and Bodies of Work in collaboration with EGH leadership
• Facilitate creation of materials for strategic reviews and leadership engagements, ensuring quality and clarity
• Oversight and leading of time-bound critical initiatives, partnering across teams for strategic alignment
• Provide strategic advice and partnership to EGH leadership on a broad range of issues
• Identify opportunities for alignment and integration of EGH insights across the foundation
• Support high-priority partnerships and strategic initiatives, collaborating with program officers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic leadership roles, ideally with a dual focus on consulting and implementation
• 5+ years in senior strategic planning functions preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in strategic business planning
• Proficient in quantitative analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to create clear visual data representations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders

Pay

$209,100 – $324,100 annually
