About The Job We are looking for an experienced strategy leader to help craft the marketing strategy and support business operations for a portfolio of Google’s priority AI products and audiences, including models, Gemini App, AI Developers, Labs, and consumer Workspace. In this role, you will sit in Consumer App Marketing’s (CAM) central Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, but be embedded as a part of the fast-paced, dynamic AI & Gemini App Marketing team, and manage a team of 3 S&Os dedicated to this expansive portfolio. You and your team will shape the marketing strategy for some of Google’s top priorities, executing against critical business priorities and driving high-stakes strategic projects like annual planning. To do this well, you’ll act as the connective tissue across the team and with cross-functional partners (incl. Finance, Product, HR), connecting the dots and identifying opportunities for collaboration and efficiency. You’ll also act as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the Gemini App Marketing team, owning the rhythm of the business and acting as a key thought partner in running the team and business. To succeed in this role, you currently use AI in your workflows, and can lead a team to be the ultimate case study for building AI tools, transitioning manual and fragmented tools and processes into automated, real-time ones to support marketing strategy and execution. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
