Senior Strategy Consultant, Provider Solutions

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant for Provider Solutions to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Develop enterprise, pillar, and line of business strategies
• Drive development of long-term strategic plans and participate in operational planning
• Ensure alignment with Board timelines and prepare content for meetings
• Analyze the vision care and broader healthcare industries for insights
• Collaborate with business leaders on impactful strategic initiatives
• Work with data team to maintain metrics measuring strategic goal progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, or data analytics
• Working knowledge of vision, healthcare, or insurance industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint
• Ability to think logically about future implications
• Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay

$105,000 – $165,375 annually
