Major Areas of Accountability
- Identify and drive commercial projects related to our sales and marketing teams
- Drive robust performance management processes and lead/support monthly management conversations based on sales, account, and market data
- Develop and execute standard reports for key stakeholders around teams, products, customers, and business performance. Generate insights and actionable information from those reports and implement improvements and solutions based on those insights
- Lead/support ongoing deliverables; monthly business reviews, territory alignment, quota setting, annual business planning etc.
- Become a trusted senior advisor to our North American management teams on analytics, investment opportunities, business model innovation and strategic direction in general
- Other job duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in finance, analytics, consulting, or business support
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Strong analytical toolbox and sound problem-solving skills
- Ability to create impactful presentations which deliver a clear and concise message
- Leadership ambitions and potential
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skills
- IT skills required: Super user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Co-pilot) and PowerBI
- IT skills preferred: Power Query, Salesforce.com

- Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - 122,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
