Commercial Strategy Senior Analyst
Job Description
The Commercial Strategy Senior Analyst contributes to strategic planning and business performance initiatives within UPS's U.S. Domestic Commercial organization. Reporting to a Senior Manager, this role provides analysis and recommendations that inform decisions across UPS's largest business unit. The successful candidate will be expected to work autonomously with limited oversight, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and build productive relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders. The role is well-suited for individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking ownership of high-visibility deliverables, and transforming complex business information into clear, actionable insights for leadership audiences.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of UPS tenure or comparable experience in strategy, finance, consulting, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
