We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings present: About the role? Actually the posting includes "What We Need Job Description", "What You'll Be Doing", "What You Will Need To Be Successful", "About Us", "Why Work At Brady", "Our Benefits". Also there is location and on-site info. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. The posting does not have explicit headings like "Responsibilities" but we have "What You'll Be Doing" which is responsibilities. So we can use

Responsibilities

. "What You Will Need To Be Successful" is qualifications/requirements. Could map to

Requirements

or

Qualifications

. Use one. Probably Requirements. Also "About Us" could be

About the role

? Actually About the role is separate from About Us. The posting includes "What We Need Job Description" which is overview. Could map to

About the role

. Then "Why Work At Brady" could be

Benefits

? But there is separate "Our Benefits". So we can have Benefits section for benefits details. "Why Work At Brady" is more about culture; could be omitted or put under Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Benefits with the list from "Our Benefits". Also we could include "About the role" from the initial description. Responsibilities from "What You'll Be Doing". Requirements from "What You Will Need To Be Successful". Possibly Skills? Not separate. Could combine skills in Requirements. No Pay or Schedule info given, so omit those sections. Also location and on-site could be placed in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or separate? Not a heading; we can include as a paragraph after About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Need to include details like spend $150-200M, list of commodities, etc. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

About the role

... overview ...

Then responsibilities as
  • ... each bullet. We need to break responsibilities into list items. Responsibilities content: "Commodity & Supplier Management Manage semiconductor commodities of $150 - $200M spend including Memory, Processors, MCUs, Power Management ICs, Discrete Components, and others.Develop and execute commodity strategies aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term business objectives.Manage strategic relationships with semiconductor OEMs and distributors.Understand and lead supplier selection/transitions and identify/develop/grow preferred supply base to support Commodity Strategy.Lead supplier selection, RFQ/RFI processes, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding activities. Supply Continuity & Risk Management Develop supply assurance strategies for critical semiconductor parts.Lead allocation escalations and critical shortage management with suppliers.Monitor semiconductor market trends, lead times, wafer capacity, and supply chain risks.Track risks related to allocation, EOL/LTB, geopolitical issues, export compliance, and supplier capacity constraints.Proactively raise risk alerts and provide risk mitigation solutions to the site sourcing and operations teams. Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence Drive and execute Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plans with supporting sourcing strategies.Manage spend analysis, benchmarking, cost analysis, market intelligence, and technology trend analysis.Drive early supplier engagement and supplier roadmap alignment for NPI optimization. Cost Optimization & Working Capital Management Support BOM cost optimization through supplier negotiations, alternate sourcing, VE/CE ideas, and introduction of cost-effective technologies with strong supply continuity.Improve working capital through payment term extensions, VMI, inventory optimization, and lead time reduction initiatives. Supplier Performance Management Drive supplier accountability for OTTR, PPM, responsiveness, capacity support, and cost competitiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Quality, and Program Management teams. Leadership Skills Manage a team of commodity managers and specialist." We can split into logical groups: Commodity & Supplier Management, Supply Continuity & Risk Management, Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence, Cost Optimization & Working Capital Management, Supplier Performance Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Leadership Skills. We'll make each as
  • with the description. Requirements: list bullet points: Bachelor’s Degree, Fluent in English, 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, Knowledge in Semiconductor, Strong negotiation skills, Experience driving cross-functional initiatives globally, Experience in managing supply base with ~$200M annual spend, Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, Outstanding data analytics skills. Also mention legal authorization to work in US without sponsorship, location Fort Mill, SC, On-site. We could include location in About the role paragraph. Benefits: list from "Our Benefits": Comprehensive insurance coverage starting on your first day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision; Generous 401(k) with company match; Paid time off and holidays; Opportunity to participate in incentive programs for all full-time employees; Family planning benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption and surrogacy assistance; Education reimbursement opportunities; Scholarship program for children of Brady employees; A variety of Employee Resource Groups to provide you with unique networking, development, and volunteer opportunities; Employee Assistance Program and related wellness programs (mental and behavioral health, family counseling, financial management); Dress-for-your-day dress code; Charitable contributions matched through Brady's Matching Gift program. Also "Why Work At Brady" could be omitted or maybe included as a paragraph about culture. But we have Benefits already; we could add a section "Why Work At Brady" as maybe not a standard heading; but instruction says use headings from list (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should not create arbitrary headings. So we can incorporate "Why Work At Brady" content into Benefits or About the role? Probably better to add a short paragraph under Benefits about culture? But we must not invent headings. We could add a

after Benefits describing culture. That's fine. Thus final HTML:
