Who You’ll Work With
In this role, you will be part of the Sport Sourcing Team, reporting to the Global Sports Apparel (GSA) Sourcing Director.

- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing.
- Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset.
- Strong analytical skills married to a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
- High level of integrity, remains effective in an environment of ambiguity, and has strong attention to details.
- Highly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision.
You’ll Work On
- Key uniform segments made exclusively for competition athletes, building the appropriate source strategy and ensuring execution.
- Review and confirm factory pricing for product cost and complexity, working with stakeholders to resolve unexpected variances.
- Sourcing and costing support for key events like the Olympics.
- Create and execute the Sport sourcing strategy.
- Manage the cost planning and cost review process to ensure profitability.
- Provide project support on seasonal initiatives.
- Contribute to best practices in processes and operating models.
- Understand global and regional (USA) sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution.
