Strategic Sourcing Analyst

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses
• Research new technologies and sourcing trends to enhance procurement efficiency
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
